INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt or less
3/4 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup maple sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup All-Bran cereal original
2 cups chocolate semi-sweet morsels
METHOD
Stir together flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well, mix in hot water. Add All Bran cereal, flour mixture and chocolate chips. Mix until well-combined. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375 degrees about 15 minutes. Remove from cooking sheet and cool on wire racks.
