MAPLE PUMPKIN BREAD

INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cups dark syrup
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
3 cups pumpkin
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 tp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. cloves
1-1/2 tsp. nutmeg

METHOD
Beat Maple Syrup, sugar, eggs and oil together, add pumpkin, then add dry ingredients.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Test with tester.

Yield: 3 standard size loaves.
